<p>Well, the conduit gene is still a mystery. I would love to know more about it and how it works. I feel like though Delsin has som DNA copy cat function. The gene, let's say Neon is programmed into Fetch. Delsin holds her hand and his gene takes the "coding" from her gene onto his. That's how I think it works... </p><p>
</p><p>As for the Plague, I believe it's already dead. And for the kill any conduit, well any conduit can do that. We see Cole kill with just one-ish power.   </p>

<p>Maybe delsin isnt absorbing them at all. he might have complete control over all the elements, and touching users allows him to activate them. Controlling ray field radiation, or genetics would be epic, but at this point, out of the realm of possibility. maybe. He's basically like a conduit scratch card. he has all the answers (powers) hidden somewhere, and he scratches (unlocks) them by touching conduits. if he was exposed to the ray sphere, he would be able to control the fabric of reality, which is why he wasnt in the 1st or 2nd game.    </p>
