The 19th Street Drawbridge was a bridge that connected the Historic District with the Warren district of Empire City. Though badly destroyed during the Blast, it was still in working and walkable conditions. Cole MacGrath was ordered by John White to lower the bridge so he can easily be able to travel from both districts.
