Angry Mob was a series of two evil side missions in Infamous. Cole had to take down a crowd of angry protestors in both the Neon District and Historic District of Empire City.
In Memorial Park of the Neon, Cole met an informant who warned him about a lynch mob that wanted his head on a platter, and there were cops accompanying them. Heading further into the park, Cole found the group marching together, armed with placards. He quickly moved against the mob, defeating the police and citizens that had dared to speak out against him.
Later on, Cole was given the same task again in the Historic District. This time, he was telepathically contacted by Sasha, who told him about another angry mob, ordering him to put them in their place. From his rooftop vantage point, Cole was able to spot the group of protesters, who were being protected by a police SWAT team. However, the mob proved to be no challenge for Cole, who once again managed to silence them.

In the Neon District, the mob starts near the park's pond, making it easy to kill them all quickly if you push them into the water, and then shoot the water. In the Historic District, you can Thunder Drop into the group of citizens, killing them all with one hit. The Lightning Storm can also be used for a similar effect, assuming you have it available.
