Bloody Mary, or the Head Vampire, was a creature created by Zeke Dunbar for a story he made up. She is the leader of the Vampires, and Cole MacGrath has only one night to kill her before he becomes a vampire forever. Bloody Mary was resurrected by her vampire followers using Cole's conduit blood.
