Delsin would probably win unless he was dumb enough to get cocky and take Coles power, or if they just touched hands in anyway

I say Delsin will win. Having four powers allows him to keep Cole on his toes and Delsin has more ways to heal himself than Cole. And the big reason I give this to Delsin is his ability to absorb conduit powers, so all he needs to do is touch Cole and it's game over. And with Delsins ability to turn to smoke, make concrete shields, and enhance speed due to his neon powers he will be able to get close to Cole if he plays his cards right.

No, he wouldn't. Four powers he would need to go run away to change into, plus I'm pretty sure absorbing the powers don't remove them, and Delsin just gets a weaker version.

True, this thread's been going on for a VERY long time. Closing it may be a good idea. And the IPs are not helping much.

As much as I like reading all these answers (which I'm going back to after this), I'm gonna put my freakin two cents in this.

I pick Cole.

Not because Cole is more powerful or his feats or he appeared in two games, it's because of Delsin's main power that risks Delsin losing, much more, death.

And that risk is touching Cole at any-point in the fight.

You're probably wondering:"What the heck you talkin' about?"

Basically if Delsin so much as punches Cole in the face, both would lose consciousness while the memories flow into Delsin. There are two outcomes after that: A.)Delsin would try immediately to stop the fight Or B.)Cole would utterly destroy Delsin

Since this is a fight to the finish, it would be outcome B. Why? Because as you noticed, whenever Delsin gains a new power, he has to become proficient in said power. The way Delsin does this is to forcibly awaken the rest of the "basic" skills to actually gain back the rest of his power sources (Spoilers: Once Delsin gains Video Manipulation, he initially doesn't gain anything at all and is unable to absorb any previous power sources, therefore, Reggie states that Delsin is "back to normal").

If you're why outcome A is there at all, it's because Delsin knows at this point onwards fighting Cole would be suicidal, and Cole would most likely agree (these ARE the good versions of the two, speaking of which, could the original creator of this thread make up some sort of backstory as to why the GOOD VERSIONS are fighting in the first place? Thank you.), and since there's no power cores for Delsin to actually use on the fly, he would need to awaken the rest of the "basic skills" of Electrikinesis (sorry if I butchered the name of the power) the same way Cole did.

Cole from inFAMOUS 2 stomps, Cole from inFAMOUS 1 just barely wins. Here's why: Cole is used to being at a somewhat disadvantage (he's esentially a glass cannon) since he can dish out a LOT more than he can take. He's also VERY versatile and has lots of experience with fighting other conduits. Cole repeatedly uses his environment to his advantage, while Delsin's plan of attack is usually "keep shooting until they don't get up" . Delsin would have no way to access concrete, and most of his power sources (neon and video) can also be accessed by Cole, since they both run on electricity. Cole could literally just blow out the city's power and camp next to a transformer. Plus, if Delsin so much as touches cole, it's game over. Delsin loses access to all his other powers except electricity, and he'll basically be like Cole was in the first few minutes of inFAMOUS 1. Cole wins.
