Chasing Echoes was a side mission in Infamous, taking place in the Warren District of Empire City. Using his Psychic Vision, Cole MacGrath was able to see the outline of a pedestrian killer, a scrap crab. Following the residual energy of the killer through the Dust Men's compound, Cole faced multiple groups of Dust Men before he eventually found three more bodies. Once again using Psychic Vision, Cole was able to see the killers, three Dust Men Conduits. Making his way further into the labyrinth of shipping containers, Cole faced the three Conduits, and after a difficult fight, he defeated them.
Tip: Confronting the three Conduits head-on can be difficult; fighting them from above (specifically the containers) makes the mission easier.
