Draining is one of Delsin Rowe's basic powers in Infamous: Second Son.
Usage
This ability allows Delsin to draw pure energy from various objects in Seattle in order to recharge his personal storage of power, the Power Meter. This means he can drain neon from neon signs, video from satellite dishes, etc. In addition to recharging his abilities, the power gained from Draining also heals Delsin's body of any injuries he's recently sustained.
Upgrades
- Quick Drain - available for smoke and video. This upgrade allows Delsin to drain smoke/video twice as fast.
