"Drug Runners" is a series of side missions in Infamous, which are found in the Neon District and the Historic District of Empire City.
Objective[]
Neon District[]
Some deranged maniacs are busting up my clinic.
― The Medic asks for help.
Cole takes down a Reaper.
Cole meets with a EMT who's medical clinic has been ransacked by the Reapers. He asks Cole to retrieve his supplies. Chasing the Reapers through the streets of the Neon, Cole defeats the thieves and reclaims the precious medical provisions, then returns them to the EMT.
Historic District[]
A bunch of First Sons stole my medical supplies.

After reaching the Historic District, Cole is approached by another medic in need of assistance. Explaining how a group of First Sons had stolen his supplies, the EMT points Cole in the direction the thieves ran off in.
