3 reapers are running with medical supplies. They are marked as red circles so hunt them down and pick up what they drop. In order to avoid a lengthy chase halfway across town, you might want to ignore at least some of the normal reapers that are shooting at you instead of killing them all. Return the supplies to the EMT worker to finish.
