"Drug Runners" is a series of side missions in Infamous, which are found in the Neon District and the Historic District of Empire City.

Neon District[]
Some deranged maniacs are busting up my clinic.
― The Medic asks for help.
Cole takes down a Reaper.
Cole meets with a EMT who's medical clinic has been ransacked by the Reapers. He asks Cole to retrieve his supplies. Chasing the Reapers through the streets of the Neon, Cole defeats the thieves and reclaims the precious medical provisions, then returns them to the EMT.
Historic District[]
A bunch of First Sons stole my medical supplies.
― A EMT requests assistance.
After reaching the Historic District, Cole is approached by another medic in need of assistance. Explaining how a group of First Sons had stolen his supplies, the EMT points Cole in the direction the thieves ran off in. Quickly chasing the First Sons down, Cole deals with the First Son troops, including several Aura Conduits, before retrieving the medical supplies and returning them to the clinic.
Trivia[]
- Only the Reapers/First Sons that stole the supplies need to be dealt with.
- Completing these missions unlocks two new medical clinics in Empire City.
