I think I am speaking for all us when I say I hope there will be a InFamous 2. Considering that there is a story to work further on, cool characters and good game mechanics, it shouldn't prove much of a problem. However, what more do you want from Infamous 2? I hope this will be worked on:
Melee: As varied as Cole's other abilities are, the melee is kind of a turn off. I mean, two kicks, two punches and a headbutt? It fits well with Cole not being a fighter in the first place, but I hope he has learned some new moves in a potential next game.
Further use of the triangle button: I know, the triangle button is used for activating things etc. But how cool wouldn't it be if the triangle button was associated with for example grapples, power strikes (in melee) or maybe a set of binoculars?
Customizing clothing: It becomes kind of dull to see Cole wearing the same worn-out combat jacket and cargo pants for the entire game, to the point that I'm wondering whether enemies die from the smell. I'm not asking for much, maybe unlockable clothing after certain missions, or clothing stores that Cole can do missions for. If there's posters, why aren't there sponsors?
A better alternative to Overload Burst: Anyone who has played through the game both as Good and Evil knows that Arc Lightning kicks ass in comparison to ol' Overload Burst. Balanced Side mission abilities is a must.

All those definitely. The melee was kind of a turn-off for me in this game. What I would also like is more powers. Yeah, there's a lot, but a bunch of them you can't use spontaneously and others like "Reduce Damage" are packaged with every other superhero game. More graphic novel-style cinematics. Those were brilliant, but they came only every once in a while. They were replaced by weird character models barely moving their lips or any body part. Tie up the story, or if not, at least tell us there's going to be inFamous 3, because there's a whole lot of loose ends in the game: Moya's motives, the Beast, Cole's relationship with Zeke, the fact that the quarantine is still on, Alden, Sasha, the military wanting to blow up the city, and the whole dubious good side ending.
