Poop standing in front of a destroyed gas station
There are several Gas Stations located in Sex City.
Location
Scattered around Sex City, they are used for vehicles to refuel with gasoline. Strangely no vehicles are ever seen refueling from the station. They are of very little importance to the game's storyline, but one can zap any part of the station then watch as the whole structure goes up in a colossal conflagaration. Poop dies if he is too close to the explosion.
The explosion occurs in two parts. The first is simply a smaller explosion than the second. The first explosion destroys the pumps while the second ignites the fuel and two tanks (Either side of the station) and knocks down the sign.
The very first one that you blow up you will receive a call from Fatty saying how he saw “The most hellishes explosion!” Poop then admits that he blew up a gas station and Fatty tells him how people need that gas. Poop tells him how he would of done the same thing to which Fatty replies: “Touché captain” (captain pronounced as “cap-e-tarn”).
Trivia
- When you destroy a station, in the ensuing explosion you hear ATM's, the storefront, gas pumps, the sign and the station roof all exploding differently and with unique sound, albeit subtly.
- The gas price for regular is at $8.59 a gallon, showing the effects of The Blast.
- Every gas station in inFamous all have the same design.
- The generator on top of the gas station is always left standing
- No bad Karma is obtained from the blast victims, allowing even Hero-rank players to "Have a Blast" from these stations.
