How to Complete
In a side street an EMT notifies you of reapers having taken over his medical clinic, and requests that you defeat them in order to make it safe to approach. Upon completing this mission the first medical clinic will be unlocked and side missions across the neon district will become available.

- Technically this mission is a Side Mission, as the Main Mission is Moya telling you about the EMT. You then talk to the EMT, who has a Side Mission locator above him.
