Appearance
The denizens of Empire City can turn sour if you are Infamous ranked or you are in a mob mission. They come in many different colours with both female and males coming after you. Usually before they attack you they shout some phrase to gather more friends such as "It's all his fault this is happening". Some mob members have signs as well as stones.
Attacks
- Angry civilians can run up to you and start hitting you
- They are able to pick up an infinite number fo rocks and pelt you with them
- Some mob members have a sign or banner with which to whack you.
Look its a shooting star...
Combat
- Civilians are easily disposed of and killing some usually makes others run away.
- Their attacks do low damage but can still kill you if you waner off and leave the PS3 alone.
- They usually shout some phrase before attacking
- They do not show up as enemies on the mini-map but you still get xp for killing them.
