The Overload Burst is a power in inFamous. Cole can fire lightning bolts from his hands that chains off conductive surfaces, striking anyone using metal objects as cover. It is only available when Cole has good Karma. It's also one of the more powerful moves in the game, as a level three charge can kill most enemies (with the exclusion of Dust Men and First Sons conduits) in one direct hit, as well as being able to blow up cars in one shot. Not only that, but it's also one of the few powers that doesn't drain any battery cores. Unfortunately, though, it takes time to charge, so it is not a very good substitute for the Lightning Bolt.
