Paranoia is a side mission in inFamous.

Location

The quest is located to in the park in the Historic District. A woman complains of strange things going around and asks you to look into it. Suddenly, three Cloaking Conduit's appear and start attacking you.

Quest

These enemies are very dangerous since they can become invisible and they wield powerful Shotguns. After clearing out the park of the Conduits the quest ends. If you can, use a shockwave and shoot a lightning bolt into the water, killing them instantly or lead them into the water and when they step in, shock the pond until they are dead.
