"Private Property" is a side mission in Infamous.
Synopsis
Cole meets a woman in the Historic District who informs him of an injured man nearby. Cole finds the man and heals him back to normal. He then leads Cole to his locker, which he claims to have rigged with explosives to keep the First Sons away. He disables the explosives and offers Cole five blast shards he has stashed inside.
Walkthrough
Upon starting the mission, head over to where the injured man is. Here you'll be presented with a karmic opportunity. For good karma, you could heal him, or for evil karma, you could just take the shards from his locker.
Reward
Completing this mission rewards you with five blast shards and 100 XP, and enemy activity in the Historic District will be slightly reduced.
