Objective[]
The Empire City Police Department asked Cole to capture a certain number of enemies alive for interrogation (four Reapers in the Neon District and five First Sons in the Historic District). Cole had to search the districts to find them and capture them using Arc Restraint them.
Tips[]
- If you have already cleared most of the districts of enemies, it might take a while until the enemies show up, so it might be a good idea to do this mission as early as possible.
