Tough Collar is the first Good Side Missions in inFamous. It can be found right after the mission The Escape.

Description

Once you activate the mission via the blue beacon, a cop of the Empire City Police Department tells you they are having a hard time capturing a Reaper Conduit and that they need your help bringing him in alive. Accept the mission and head for the mark. Once you're next to the bridge, Reapers start coming at you, one of them being the Conduit (wearing white). Take out the regular Reapers first (for example by blowing up cars), then target the conduit (he's vulnerable and stays in place after he shoots off a shockwave). Make sure you capture him alive by putting Arc Restraints on him once he's down.

If the Reaper conduit is killed, the mission is failed.
