Tough Collar is the first Good Side Missions in inFamous. It can be found right after the mission The Escape.
Description
Once you activate the mission via the blue beacon, a cop of the Empire City Police Department tells you they are having a hard time capturing a Reaper Conduit and that they need your help bringing him in alive. Accept the mission and head for the mark. Once you're next to the bridge, Reapers start coming at you, one of them being the Conduit (wearing white).
