Template:Infobox mission Tough Collar is the first Good Side Missions in inFamous. It can be found right after the mission The Escape.
Description
Once Cole activate the mission via the blue beacon, a cop of the Empire City Police Department tells him they are having a hard time capturing a Reaper Conduit and that they need his help bringing him in alive. Once he's next to the bridge, Reapers start coming at him, one of them being the Conduit (wearing white). Cole proceeds to take out the regular Reapers first, then targets the Conduit. When Cole takes down the conduit, he will capture him alive by putting Arc Restraints on him once he's down, and the mission will end.
